Liberty Inc. was founded in 2002. We were concerned with semiconductor business mainly on the sale of the used production-tool.
Liberty Inc. provides sales and services for Used-Tools and Newly-Tools of Plasma Tool (Batch Asher, Single Ethcer and Plasma Cleaner), Wafer Sorter (Wafer sorter and EFEM) and Inspection Tool.
We will be able to provide proposals to meet various needs of Customers by taking advantages of our know-how and relationships with our business partners.
